Michael Dean Damron and Thee Loyal Bastards - After the breakup of longtime Portland favorites I Can Lick Any SOB In the House Mike D has put together a new group to feature his great songwriting. The band is Mike D on guitar and vox, Morgan Geer of Drunken Prayer on lead, Alan Hunter of the Eels on bass, and me on drums. Check out Mike D's new website.

Morgan Grace - Morgan is an incredible songwriter, she just won $10,000 in a songwriting contest. Her songs have a great mix of rock sensibility with an upbeat jazz feel. In June of 2006 we were joined by Dave Koupal on bass for a bit of a Wipers reunion. We hope to play more shows with Dave in the future but we'll see. Check out Morgan Grace.

Gimme an X: A Tribute to X - This is just as much fun as it sounds and features Morgan Grace as Exene Cervenka, Sean Flora as John Doe, Geoff Clarkson as Billy Zoom, and me as DJ Bonebrake. It's great to play the music of X, they wrote terrific songs and so far this band has gotten a great response. No website for this group so far...

Gothic Outhouse - I've been playing with this group for a number of years now. It's the great Heidi Hellbender and Regina LaRocca from M-99 on vocals and guitar respectively, and Kevin Balis on clarinet. Though we play mostly covers this group has a very original approach to the material we play. You'll hear Greg Sage, Nick Cave, Billie Holliday, and many others played a whole new way. Karoake From Hell - It's always a fun time to sit in with the Karoake band now in it's seventh year in residency as the Monday Night house band at Dante's. We love Dante's! Check out the karoake band.
